Choosing the perfect credit card can be a daunting task, but Million Mile Secrets is here to help!

Some of the most important things to consider when choosing an awards card are the fees and interest rates, along with really knowing what kinds of perks are most valuable to you.  You want to find the card that best suits your personal needs and travel style!

The value of points and miles can change at any time, but there are a few types that I consider to be some of the most flexible.  Points and miles that are transferable to different airline and hotel programs can be amazingly valuable, and Chase Ultimate Rewards points fit that bill.

So, if I HAD to choose today, I would choose the Chase Sapphire Preferred for personal use and the Chase Ink Bold or Chase Ink Plus as a business card.  Each of these cards are currently offering pretty awesome sign-up bonus along with great earnings potential.  Check out this post where I outline the most current deals and policies for these cards.

The partners in the Chase Ultimate Reward program are:

  • United
  • British Airways
  • Korean Air
  • Southwest Airlines
  • Virgin Atlantic
  • Hyatt
  • Marriott
  • Priority Club/InterContinental Hotels Group
  • Ritz Carlton
  • Amtrak

Interested in some easy ways to use Chase Ultimate Rewards points?  How about tips for maximizing your redemptions?  My review of the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card and a nice general overview of how Ultimate Rewards points work is here.

And as always, remember to explore your options and pick the card that will work the best for you and your current situation!
